BE Recruitment are working with a well established and busy delivery company, based in Leicster. They are looking to recruit 3.5T Van Drivers to join their existing team.
This is an opportunity, for the right candidate, to join a well established company on an order volume basis.
Base of operations in Leicester, servicing clients across the LE postcodes. Amount of drops will depend on the day and route.
MUST HAVE VAN MULTIDROP EXPERIENCE
Day to day duties will include:
- Using a scanner to scan items to system and load onto vehicle
- Scanner will automatically plan route for deliveries
- Dealing with customers on a day to day basis
- 80 drops max a day, collections also required
- 30KG maximum weight
- 8 hour minimum guarantee
Requirements
- Must have previous van driver experience (Minimum of 1 year driving experience)
- Must have previous multi-drop experience
- Full UK clean licence
- No DD, DR, TT, IN10 codes on licence
Hours of work/Pay rate/Additional benefits:
You will be paid 12.50 per hour.
1 in 3 Saturdays will be required with peak requirements
(Apply online only) shift time.
You will also be entitled to up to 28 days paid holiday, maternity pay, paternity pay, sick pay and a contributory pension after a qualifying period.
On site parking available.
