- Accurately process monthly end-to-end payroll
- Manage starters and leavers, including issuing P45s
- Maintain accurate employee records (e.g. NI numbers, contracts, job titles)
- Oversee Attachment of Earnings (AOE) orders and monitor for new instructions
- Assist with year-end processes, including P46s and P11Ds
- Provide payroll data to HMRC, DWP, ONS, auditors, and other external bodies
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies via system reports
- Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees, HMRC, CSA, Student Loans, etc.
- Previous experience processing payrolls for high volumes or multisite.
- Ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a small payroll team
- Previous ResourceLink or Workday experience
