JGA are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator for our client to join their Payroll team working on a hybrid basis.Payroll & Benefits Administrator Leicester Up to £32,000JGA are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Administrator for our client to join their Payroll team working on a hybrid basis.Responsibilities 
  • Accurately process monthly end-to-end payroll
  • Manage starters and leavers, including issuing P45s
  • Maintain accurate employee records (e.g. NI numbers, contracts, job titles)
  • Oversee Attachment of Earnings (AOE) orders and monitor for new instructions
  • Assist with year-end processes, including P46s and P11Ds
  • Provide payroll data to HMRC, DWP, ONS, auditors, and other external bodies
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies via system reports
  • Respond promptly to payroll queries from employees, HMRC, CSA, Student Loans, etc.
Skills :
  • Previous experience processing payrolls for high volumes or multisite.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end payroll processes accurately and efficiently
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a small payroll team
  • Previous ResourceLink or Workday experience
