- Address payroll-related queries from employees, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Coordinate with site teams and third parties, handling inquiries professionally.
- Organise and file payroll documents for compliance, ensuring records are accessible for audit purposes.
- Complete accurate filing at month-end and adapt daily task sequencing as required.
