- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Provide administrative support.
- Address ad hoc queries.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Experience handling multiple payrolls simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
- Flexible, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
