The Role:As the sole Payroll Officer, you will take full ownership of the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for the organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full end-to-end payroll process independently using iTrent.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and organisational policies.
  • Resolving payroll queries and providing expert advice to employees.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and producing reports as required.

About You:To excel in this standalone role, you will need:

  • Strong, proven experience in payroll, including end-to-end processing.
  • Proficiency in iTrent payroll software (essential).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for the payroll function.
