Macildowie are working with a growing business based in Leicester that is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a part-time, permanent basis. This newly created role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to lead a small payroll team within a friendly and supportive environment.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a payroll team, overseeing the end-to-end processing of payroll for a large workforce. You'll also be involved in process improvements, compliance, and system implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

? Leading and supporting a payroll team, ensuring accurate payroll processing? Handling payroll queries and working closely with HR and Finance? Maintaining payroll records, compliance, and reporting? Identifying and implementing process improvements? Supporting payroll-related projects and system enhancements
