What You'll Be Doing:- Leading the payroll function to ensure accurate and timely processing of a large payroll.
- Managing payroll queries and providing support to the wider team.
- Ensuring compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Driving process improvements and ensuring payroll accuracy.
- Supporting year-end payroll procedures, including P60s and P11Ds.
- Strong experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- A proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Competitive salary of up to £40,000.
