Our client, a well established, award winning estate agency in Leicester is currently seeking an experienced Valuer / Lister to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings professional with valuer/listing experience to take the next step in their career with a company that prides itself on offering long-term career progression for its loyal team.
Role Responsibilities
- The ability to generate and win business.
- Arranging and carrying out valuations
- Agreeing terms and listing properties
- Taking photographs and listing properties on website and property platforms
- Building and maintaining good relationships
- Providing consistently high levels of service and communication
- Understanding client’s requirements to ensure an efficient service.
- Organising and accompanying viewings
- Obtaining viewing feedback and negotiating lets
Role Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in the local property market
- Proven track record of success at valuing and listing lettings properties
- Fluent in the Gujarati language is an advantage, but NOT essential
- Passionate about providing a superb, professional, and friendly service.
- Proactive and a positive can-do attitude
- Possess the ability to work on your initiative and be part of a team.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Good IT skills
- Smart and presentable
- Full UK driving license and use of own car
- Live within a commutable distance of Leicester
- Have the right to work in the UK.
The Offer
- Basic salary of £25,000
- Uncapped commission - OTE £45-50k
- Laptop and mobile phone provided.
- Hours - Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.30 and alternative Saturdays 10.00 - 13.00
