Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 1 Teachers to join our team in Leicester to work on a day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments. Your new role

As a Key Stage 1 Teacher you'll play an essential role in nurturing the next generation. Your new job will involve delivering pre-planned work set by class teachers to cover staff absences and working with other staff members to enhance the overall learning experience of young people. You'll work hard to foster positive relationships with pupils and colleagues, creating a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore, learn and grow.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this new job you'll be a confident, qualified teacher with QTS, EYTS or a Level 6 Early Years Qualification. You'll have recent experience working in a school setting and a strong working knowledge of the National Curriculum. Ideally, you will have experience supporting SEN pupils or those with English as an additional language.
