Hays Education is working in partnership with a welcoming, Ofsted rated 'Good' school in Beaumont Leys who are seeking an experienced Year 5 Teacher to offer temporary cover. The successful candidate will be a Qualified Teacher with experience teaching Key Stage 2. They will have strong behaviour management skills and a proactive attitude in new environments. This role is to start as soon as possible and will enable you to register with Hays - making you the first to know about new opportunities with us!

Your new roleAs a Year 5 Teacher, you will play an essential role in creating a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore, learn and grow. You will be delivering pre-planned work set by the class teacher - with some planning and marking. You'll foster positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues and collaborate withother staff members to enhance the overall learning experience of the young people.What you'll need to succeedTo be successful as a Supply Teacher, you will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). As well as recent experience working in a school setting, you'll need to have excellent behaviour management skills and be prepared to support children with EHCPs or who speak English as an additional language.
