Hays Education isseeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistants to work onday-to-day, short term and long term assignments across Leicestershire. At Hays, we work with schools across Leicestershire including Coalville, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Oakham, Market Harborough, Lutterworth and Hinckley.As a Primary Teaching Assistant you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners across Leicestershire.Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting classroom activities under the guidance of the teacher
- Assisting students with their learning and development, both in groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience in a school environment
- Excellent classroom practice
- Enthusiasm and flexibility
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
