The Role
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced App Support Lead to join a rapidly growing software development and tech focused business based in Leicester offering hybrid remote working, it's 3 days onsite and 2 days from home. As an App Support Lead you will be responsible for supporting applications across a wide suite of products across all divisions of the group. You will play an integral role in contributing to the growth of the business and with it being a collaborative team; you'll have the ability to suggest new ideas and drive forward their technical direction. You will need to be ambitious and enjoy working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
App Support Lead role requirements:
- 2 years' commercial experience in a technical role.
- Troubleshooting software issues
- Excellent communicator and customer service skills
- SQL Server
Any experience in the following will be highly beneficial:
- Strong people management skills
