Description
- Lead and provide direction to collection teams
- Implement effective strategies for debt recovery across credit advisors and team leaders
- Work to improve current processes and ways of working to maximise productivity and essentially reduce debt
- Build strong relationships
- Use reporting to understand where the team are at and where improvements need to be made
- Drive a well motivated and collaborative team
- Coach, guide and support those within the collections department
- Design and monitor recovery strategies
- Analysis of performance KPIs, presenting back to the business around progress, wins, opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with other departments and have strong stakeholder management
- Foster a positive and productive team environment
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in debt recovery within a similar industry involving corporate debt not just domestic
- Understand litigation and have experience of making decisions within litigation
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Be technologically savvy and pick things up quick
- Comprehensive understanding of debt collection regulations and procedures
- Be confident and credible to work closely with Head of and CEO
Job Offer
- Salary ranging between £50,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience
