Description
- Overseeing production line operations in line with company targets and quality standards.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the production area.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Implementing effective resource management strategies.
- Leading and motivating a team to reach production goals.
- Coordinating with other departments to optimise production processes.
- Monitoring equipment maintenance and managing any required repairs.
- Reporting on production performance and any issues to senior management.
