We are looking for a Senior Production Cell Manager who knows their way around the precision engineering world. Someone who is either ready to take the next step in their career or someone who is looking to join a company that will take care of you.

What's will you be doing?

You will be joining a team of managers covering the CNC, laser, welding & inspection cells, in a perfect world you will have strong knowledge/experience with each cell works.

However if you are a wizard welder or an eagle eyed inspector etc. aware of how the others operate then there is an opportunity to learn (that base experience needs to be there though).

With this role you will be managing a team of 15 - 20 people ranging from operators to team leaders on 24/5 shifts.

You will also have the standard responsibilities of a senior manager such as H&S implementation, cost control, KPI management etc.
