What You’ll Be Doing �?
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll take charge of production staff—leading fabricators, welders, machine operators, and assemblers to get jobs done safely, on time, and to spec. Your responsibilities will include:
? Hands-on Supervision: Keeping the team organised, ensuring everyone knows what they’re doing.? Reading Fabrication Drawings: Spotting errors before things go wrong.? Managing Quality Control: Checking work, documenting inspections, and making sure everything is up to standard.? Operating Machinery: Setting up and using fabrication equipment with safety in mind.? Problem-Solving: Thinking on your feet and keeping production moving.
