They are sustainability driven and strive to minimise their environmental impact through efficient construction practices and recycling systems. Your new roleAs a Technical Coordinator you will:
- Review design and specifications for alternatives to provide added value.
- Arrange design team meetings to ensure delivery dates for information and drawings are being met.
- Co-ordination of Design Team and Specialist subcontractors
- Ensure CDM information is provided by external consultants.
- Attend Contract Launch meeting to agree accountabilities.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3 years experience in a similar role.
- A background in Architecture or Engineering.
