Due to continuous growth, the business is looking to appoint an NPD Project Manager to its team at its facility in Leicestershire.

The role:
As NPD Project Manager you will work with and lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful end-to-end launch of new products across the UK. You will ensure that customer needs, company objectives, and regulatory and legal requirements are met.
Key accountabilities;
- Develop detail project plans which outline clear deadlines, alignment to business objectives, deliverables and tasks.
- Ensure clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders throughout and manage clear expectations through project meetings.
- Identify and assess risks to projects.
- Lead post-launch reviews and identify opportunities to improve processes for future projects.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role within food or drink manufacturing
- A degree or equivalent in food science/innovation
- A project management certification isn't essential but advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
- Good leadership and be able to influence effectively.
