Project Coordinator
Full Time – Permanent
Location: Leicester
Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours
Basic Salary: £26,000.00 to £33,000.00 Per Annum

Our client is a highly established and profitable company with a huge presence across the UK. Due to further growth plans, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and experienced Project Coordinator to join their business on a Full Time Permanent basis.
Project Coordinator role:
- Maintain strong relationships with Clients as a Project Coordinator
- Track progress of commercial projects within the Construction industry as a Project Coordinator
- Prepare quotations for new projects as a Project Coordinator
- Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Create documentation for production and design including specifications
- Provide support to relevant departments under the guidance of project manager.
- Assist finance team and sales team in preparing project-related documents & reports
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed as a Project Coordinator
Project Coordinator requirements:
- Proven experience as Project Coordinator ideally within the Construction industry is highly desirable
- Experience in administering several projects at any one time as a Project Coordinator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues.
