With the ability to take projects from concept through to installation UK wide, my client has successfully built a reputation on providing a high-quality turnkey solution to their clientele which consists of many Retail Groups and Global Brands.

This will predominantly be an office-based role attending sites or suppliers venues once or twice a week to check on progress.When required during the final stages of some projects you may be required to attend Installations which will normally be outside of standard office hours, to ensure it runs to plan.Depending on site location this could include spending a night away.

You will oversee the complete lifecycle of all assigned projects; this will include but may not be limited to:
*Acting as the main point of contact for all communication between the Clients Account Manager and internal teams (Design, Manufacture, Installation).

*Brainstorm ideas and concepts.

*Preparing schedules and work plans, anticipating challenges and problems within manufacturing of the project.

*Brief internal departments/teams and suppliers

*Managing costs and project timelines.

Requirements:

*Proven PM experience managing/coordinating small and large projects such as Displays, *Concessions, and Fixtures and Fittings through to complete Fit outs etc.

*Creative flare.

*A strong teamwork ethic.

*Proactive initiative.

*Strong numeracy, organisation and negotiating skills.

*Full Driving licence.

*UK based with full leave to remain, sponsorship is not available.

Due to the nature of the industry this role is not your typical 9-5 position, there will be occasions when you will need to be available outside standard office hours.

This is a pure Project Management role, not a Site or Contracts Management position and CAD skills are not required.
