Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Specialist 360

- Identify, explore, and maximise new business opportunities

- Proactively conduct research and analyse strategies related to networking, cold calling, and digital outreach to generate leads, subsequently converting them into sustainable partnerships that yield benefits for all parties involved.

- Oversee the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and candidates alike. This includes crafting engaging job descriptions, carefully screening resumes, conducting insightful interviews, and effectively negotiating offers.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders through regular check-ins and feedback sessions. By understanding client's organisational goals and culture, you can provide tailored recruitment solutions that align with their strategic objectives.

- Actively engage in business development activities by identifying potential clients and sectors for expansion, driving the growth of the business.
