Projects: Healthcare specialist Fit-Out / Refurb (plus some commercial / education)

Salary: Circa £55k £60k NEG + car allowance + package + benefits

Our client is a Main Contractor working in the Healthcare, Commercial & Education sectors - projects up to circa £2.5m each in the division youd be working for.

  • The role is to act as a Project Manager to oversee likely 3-4 projects (and associated site teams) at a time, up to £2.5M each - majority of which will be healthcare but they also undertake some commercial & education schemes.

  • Projects can be UK wise so ability / willingness to travel to sites as necessary is essential. UK driving licence essential. Site visits are likely to be taking place 2-3 days a week.

  • The ideal candidate would have similar project experience i.e. live healthcare environments or similar is essential.

  • With a minimum of 3-5 years in a PM / Contracts Manager role

  • They should ideally hold a CSCS (Black / White), SMSTS, First Aid and must be happy to provide verifiable work references.

  • They should have the ability to successfully achieve an enhanced DBS Check (this will be obtained by the client during onboarding).

  • Advantageous but not essential: A better than average M&E knowledge. NEBOSH/IOSH. Medical imaging project experience.

  • They should hold A degree in a construction, engineering, CITB NVQ level 6 / BSc construction management

  • A good understanding of CDM Regulations.

  • They would ideally be experienced in using Microsoft Projects (or similar) be used to managing and monitoring design, be Client facing, capable of producing monthly reports and chairing Client meetings

  • Our client can start the successful candidate ASAP

  • Interviews will take place face to face at the office in Leicestershire
