Your Role:
- Monitor import arrivals and communicate with customer warehouses.
- Coordinate deliveries with sales and logistics teams.
- Review and process all necessary import shipping documentation.
- Liaise with freight forwarding agents and maintain accurate databases.
- Handle pre-alerts and book deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations.
Skills We Value:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of import freight shipping and Customs procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.
