INVENTORIES AND INSPECTIONS CLERK.
FULL TIME OR PART TIME CONSIDERED.
Our client are a well established Lettings agency located in Leicester.
They are now seeking an addition to the team to assist in the Property Management department to complete their property inspections and check in/outs upon renewal of tenants.
The service provided to Landlords include producing a detailed inventory of the property, a thorough check in and check out inspection, the registration and de-registration of tenants from utility providers and a comprehensive dilapidation costings report to protect interests at the end of the tenancy.
The ideal candidate will -
- Already have experience within the Lettings arena
- Have a full, clean UK Driving Licence with access to own car that is insured for business use.
In return, my client is offering -
- A competitive basic salary
- A full-time, permanent contract - working hours are Mon-Fri 09.30-17.30
- A part-time position will be considered.
- Business mileage is paid
