Their flagship Leicester office, where this role is based, processes over 300 tenancy agreements annually and has embraced cutting-edge property management systems to streamline operations. Their team of 18 includes property managers, negotiators, and dedicated administrative professionals who work together to deliver outstanding results.

The Role: Beyond Basic Administration

This isn't just about paperwork - you'll be the operational backbone of a dynamic lettings department. Your responsibilities will include:

Tenancy Administration
  • Processing tenancy applications and references
  • Preparing professional tenancy agreements
  • Managing deposit registration processes
  • Coordinating move-in and move-out procedures
  • Maintaining accurate property records
Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensuring all properties have current safety certificates
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance records
  • Managing the renewal process for documentation
  • Keeping landlord and tenant files up to date
  • Assisting with property licensing requirements
Communication Hub
  • Acting as first point of contact for maintenance queries
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers
  • Supporting property managers and negotiators
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Managing property maintenance schedules
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Proven property administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
