Lettings Negotiator

Location: Anstey, Leicestershire LE7 7AZ

Our client was formed in 1985 and, although renowned for its Agriculture, Commercial, and Residential business, they have developed a thriving Lettings Agency for a wide spectrum of clients throughout Leicestershire and into neighbouring counties.

As a leading lettings agency, they are dedicated to matching tenants with their ideal homes and ensuring landlords receive excellent property management services. Their dynamic team is passionate, professional, and committed to excellence.

The Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Conduct property viewings and manage the lettings process, from initial inquiry through to move-in, ensuring all paperwork and compliance checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with contractors to resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, and assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media, to attract potential tenants.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Knowledge of property markets and trends is a plus.
  • Some lettings experience is desirable but not essential for the role, as full training will be provided.
