Role Overview

In this comprehensive role, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining and enhancing a substantial property portfolio. Working with both residential and HMO properties, you'll ensure the highest standards of property management while building strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance, managing maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses everything from coordinating safety certifications and inspections to managing tenant relationships and handling deposit returns. You'll take charge of routine maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and ensure all properties meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. Your professional judgment will be valued as you manage property inspections, handle maintenance issues, and resolve tenant queries with confidence and authority.

The Ideal Candidate

Success in this role requires:

  • Minimum of five years' property management experience
  • Deep knowledge of current legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
Qualifications & Skills

ARLA Propertymark qualification or working towards certification would be advantageous, as would comprehensive knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements. However, equally important is your commitment to delivering exceptional service and your ability to build strong professional relationships.
