The position: Leasehold Management Officer

Role responsibilities – Leasehold Management Officer:

  • Maintain management agreements & leases, lead on lease queries, oversee the management of section 20 processes and lead on conveyancing matters as required
  • Responsible for the management of a Leasehold Assistant, and you will work closely with a team of Regional Housing Officers who manage the shared ownership properties
  • Ensure Customer Services, Property Services and Tenancy and leasehold team provide an effective and responsive service that is regulatory and legally compliant
  • Able to be the lead officer for the implementation of the leasehold services improvement plans
  • Process all stair casing applications from enquiry through to completion
  • Respond to more complex enquires from owners, solicitors and external interested parties
  • Provide expert advice on complex leasehold issues
  • Provide updated reports and communications to the management as required
  • Ensure all teams deliver leasehold services in line with set performance standards and policies
