Main Purpose of the Job:
  • Customer and Visitor Welcome: Ensure all customers and visitors are greeted in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner to promote the dealership's image.

  • Call Handling: Answer both internal and external calls quickly and direct them appropriately and efficiently.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the dealership team to uphold high industry standards in customer care and satisfaction.
