Your new role
- Greet visitors, issue ID badges, and direct them as per security protocols.
- Handle administrative calls, transfer them appropriately, and direct emergency calls to the Fire Control Centre.
- Distribute incoming correspondence and prepare outgoing communications.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area.
- Perform various administrative tasks relevant to the role.
- Update and maintain information in Service systems and use MS applications for communication.
- Execute specific duties during building evacuations.
- Ensure tasks reflect the Service's Equality and Diversity policies.
- Comply with Data Protection and Information Security legislation.
- Adhere to Health and Safety policies.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Chief Fire and Rescue Officer.
