Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for driving roles, from sourcing candidates to placing them in suitable positions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Supporting development of new business opportunities and expanding the client portfolio.
- Ensuring compliance with all recruitment legislation and company policies.
- Coordinating interviews, handling candidate applications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing exceptional customer service and aftercare to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the driving sector.
- Strong understanding of the transport and logistics industry.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
- Flexibility with hours.
- Own transport.

Job Title: Driving Account Manager
Location: Leicester, LE3
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Salary: 26k per annum
