Job Title: Homeless Officer

Job Type: Temp

• Shift Work

Salary: £12 per hour

Location: Leicester

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client database
• Develop support plans and risk assessments
• Independently manage client support
• On board new clients: Process referrals and sign-ups
• Explain tenancy rights and obligations
• Conduct accommodation inductions
• Assist with benefit applications and rent payments
• Provide first-line support for: Housing benefit inquiries/Rent arrears issues/Anti-social behaviour complaints

Essential Criteria:

• Enhanced DBS clearance
• Experience in housing or homelessness support
• Knowledge of local support services
• Full Clean Driving License (Desirable - Not Required)
