- Deliver a timely and efficient administrative service throughout the process, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and to required deadlines.
- Review approval requests and provide advice on the process to the hiring manager as needed.
- Schedule recruitment campaigns and other workload to ensure enough time and attention will be available to manage the campaign, owning the workload and workflows.
- Liaise with hiring manager to create professional and accurate adverts and recruitment literature, placing adverts using internal and external media. Handle any candidate enquiries in a professional manner.
- Liaise with the relevant appointing manager to ensure they have arranged interviews with candidates, organised interview rooms and made arrangements for interviews and assessment centres as required.
- Prepare accurate and timely regret letters and produce contracts of employment.
- Manage the collation, monitoring and chasing of all pre-employment checks for candidates as required.
- Add the new employee to the HR database, along with all the relevant paperwork.
- Strong Administration background
- Experience collaborating with senior management
- The ability to work independently and ideally have a HR/Recruitment background
