- HR Systems & Administration: Manage HR systems (Workday expertise required) and ensure accurate HR records and processes.
- Team Leadership: Oversee the HR Admin team, distribute workload, and support the HR Team Leader in meeting KPIs.
- Compliance & Updates: Stay updated on employment laws, manage system changes, and ensure compliance.
- Collaboration: Work with finance and HR teams on organizational updates, including benefits and payroll.
- Process Management: Assist with the Annual Salary Review, bonus process, audits, and ad hoc tasks.
- HR Expertise: Strong HR knowledge and systems experience, especially in Workday.
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Adaptability: Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Desirable: TUPE transfer knowledge.
