Due to growth, More Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Industrial 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Leicester Office. We are based in Meridian Business Park, Leicester.

We have a team of 8 consultants within the office that are recruiting into Industrial and driving and engineering sectors across the East Midlands area. 

Responsibilities for the Industrial 360 Consultant:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract the correct candidates
  • Screening and interviewing candidates for industrial roles
  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients and candidate
  • Advertising roles on various Job Boards & social media to

The ideal candidate we are looking for would require:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial sectors.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to succeed.
  • Strong account management skills with a proven track record of growing existing clients
  • You will need to have experience in sales over the phone and in person
  • A driving license is desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Due to the type of role this is we would really like the right person to have at least 1 years’ experience working in an agency.
