Role – Industrial 360 Consultant.

Salary – From £26,500 & uncapped commission @ 7%

Due to growth, More Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Industrial 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Leicester Office. We are based in Meridian Business Park, Leicester.

We have a team of 8 consultants within the office that are recruiting into Industrial and driving and engineering sectors across the East Midlands area.

Responsibilities for the Industrial 360 Consultant:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base
Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract the correct candidates
Screening and interviewing candidates for industrial roles
Providing a high level of customer service to clients and candidate
Advertising roles on various Job Boards & social media to

The ideal candidate we are looking for would require:

Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within industrial sectors.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to succeed.
Strong account management skills with a proven track record of growing existing clients
You will need to have experience in sales over the phone and in person
A driving license is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Due to the type of role this is we would really like the right person to have at least 1 years’ experience working in an agency.
