Recruitment Consultant (Driving Sector) at GI Group in Leicester

Up to 28k basic dependant on experience + Uncapped Commission

GI Group is seeking a motivated individual to join our established team as a Recruitment Consultant based in Leicester.

**Position Overview:**

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the driving sector, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment efforts, connecting talented candidates with exciting opportunities in the field. Your proven track record in sales, coupled with your enthusiasm, will be instrumental in driving our business forward.

Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities (but not limited to)

- Securing new vacancies via selling and business development.

- Selling and managing full recruitment solutions for temporary & permanent staff, end to end.

- Achieve targets for new client sales and service meetings.

- Generate leads for sales activity from a variety of sources.

- Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for Spec Calls and Client Meetings.

- Cross sell other divisions/ brands within Gi Group at every opportunity

- Identifying suitable candidates via traditional and more imaginative methods, with the ultimate goal of filling the vacancies you are working on.

- Pre-interviewing and Interviewing candidates ensuring you only send the most suitable ones to your clients.

- Remaining compliant in order to protect our business and that of our clients.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, ideally recruitment.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.

- Hold a valid UK driver's license.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
