The Role – Own and Grow Your Market

As a Recruitment Consultant at ATA, you'll be working within the Maintenance Engineering sector in the East Midlands, focusing on roles in Quality, Manufacturing, and Production (QMP). This is a true 360 recruitment role where you'll manage the entire recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement.

What You'll Be Doing:

Business Development – Build and manage your own client base by identifying new business opportunities and developing strong client relationships.
Account Management – Develop and grow your client accounts, ensuring you provide a high level of service and secure repeat business.
Candidate Sourcing – Identify and engage top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, direct headhunting, and our existing database.
Candidate Management – Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial screening to successful placement.
Lead Generation – Develop a pipeline of potential clients and opportunities, ensuring consistent desk growth.
Sales Strategy – Advise clients on recruitment strategies and market trends to help them secure the best talent.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a confident and motivated recruiter who thrives in a sales-driven environment and is ready to take their career to the next level.

Experience: Minimum of 12 months' experience in a 360 recruitment role (any sector).
Business Development Skills: Strong sales and client management skills, with the ability to develop tailored recruitment solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in Maintenance Engineering is a plus — but not essential, as full sector training will be provided.
Ambition: We're looking for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role and develop their own team.
Strong Communicator: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to engage and influence clients and candidates at all levels.
