Are you an experienced Recruitment Administrator or Coordinator looking for your next challenge? Do you have a background in in-house recruitment or agency recruitment administration and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you!


As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment team by managing the hiring process efficiently. You will be responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, liaising with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will also assist in organising assessment centres and recruitment events to attract top talent.


What we're looking for


?? Experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment administrationeither in-house or within an agency
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HR software (desirable)


?? Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset
  • A passion for recruitment and delivering a great candidate experience


What you'll be doing


? Assisting with direct sourcing and screening where required

? Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding

? Scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies

? Managing recruitment administration, including offer letters, contracts, and compliance checks

? Maintaining accurate candidate records and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS)

? Coordinating and supporting assessment centres, careers fairs, and recruitment events

? Providing administrative support for recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
