- Reaching out to passive candidates via a 100,000+ database and LinkedIn
- Manage candidates through the interview process, ensuring they are well-prepared
- Option to specialise in search, business development, or develop into a talent advisory consultant. All paths offer significant earning potential.
- Extensive recruitment experience, preferably in tech or engineering.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong networking skills to build lasting relationships
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- 25,000 - 30,000
