Sales Executive Position Overview

As a Sales Executive with expertise in commercial solar, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering customised solar solutions to businesses of all sizes. You will work closely with the technical and marketing teams to identify and develop opportunities, understand client needs, and create compelling proposals that drive sales and promote the adoption of clean energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial solar sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, including property managers, business owners, and corporate executives.
  • Conduct site assessments and analyse energy usage to design tailored solar solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, including financial analysis and ROI calculations.
  • Collaborate with the technical and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.


Sales Executive Position Requirements

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, specifically in the commercial solar sector.
  • Strong understanding of commercial solar solutions, including system design, financing options, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
