You will lead the recruitment for new stores, develop and retain a high-performing team and implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.The PersonProven experience and established track record in a multi-site restaurant operations ideally QSR. Strong commercial acumen and excellent organisational and leadership skill with the ability to create and lead high-performing teams. The ability to analyse financial data and make sound business decisions with good knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
