With a global reach and ambitious growth plans they are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to oversee new store openings in the UK.The RoleA newly created opportunity for this rapidly growing group, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress their hospitality career. From identifying potential sites to opening and managing stores, you will have full P&L responsibility across the operations of the stores working closely with the stores to ensure they are run in the best possible way. You'll play a crucial role in building our client's restaurant portfolio providing clear direction and motivational leadership. You will oversee the daily operations of multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and profitability and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety procedures. You will lead the recruitment for new stores, develop and retain a high-performing team and implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.The PersonProven experience and established track record in a multi-site restaurant operations ideally QSR. Strong commercial acumen and excellent organisational and leadership skill with the ability to create and lead high-performing teams. The ability to analyse financial data and make sound business decisions with good knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
