We are excited to present an opportunity for a Business Development Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract covering the East Midlands region. This remote, position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the East Midlands region, ensuring they are informed of key developments.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop strategies to maximise client growth and increase engagement with students and employers.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Identify and target new clients, providing presentations and leading conversations to influence training and recruitment decisions.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Collaborate with stakeholders such as training providers to drive lead generation and conversions.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Support senior business development managers in executing the broader business development strategy and increasing market presence.
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven experience in business development and account management ideally in the accountancy sector.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Knowledge within education, training, accountancy, or professional services is also highly advantageous.
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong communication skills, with familiarity using digital meeting platforms such as Teams.
SALARY:
Basic salary up to £60,000
