Business Development Manager (Field Sales Representative)

Salary: 22k - 28k with Commission

We are representing a successful and well-established company wanting to expand their team in a friendly and active team based in Leicester. Working alongside incredible corporations such dealing within the waste management industry in a sales driven environment, working with experts who are trained and experienced in the Waste Management industry.

The Key Duties of the Business Development Manager:
* Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors.
* Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets.
* Inbound/outbound telephone calls contacting business owners and directors
* of qualified prospective contacts, to secure online meetings/presentations for our Business Development Executives.
* Ensure the Business Development Executives have full diaries with quality meetings.
* Establish a strong working relationship with your Business Development Executives

The Key Skills of the Business Development Manager:
* Experience of working with a CRM system/computer is desirable.
* Willingness to continually develop sales skills, strategies, and techniques.
* Develop New Business accounts and Up/Cross Selling Skills.
* The ability to work on your own initiative.
* Customer service and rapport building skills.
* Field Sales experience and Face to Face sales experience
