Description of the role:
You will be responsible for covering stores across the East and West Midlands in absence of Store & Duty Managers.
- Maximising the sales and profit targets.
- Conducting regular audits on store compliance.
- Reporting and compiling data.
- Building strong relationships with staff across each store.
- Ensuring the store is well maintained and presentable.
- Opening and closing the store.
- Cash handling, banking and accounting procedures.
- Proactively marketing the store including business visits.
About you:
- Based within commuting distance of the East and West Midlands able to travel on a daily basis.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent administration skills being able to support with reporting.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, being able to build strong relationships within stores and local businesses.
