Introduction to the Company

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, growing business as a Relief Manager. This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader looking for the next step up, with the chance to move into a management role in future.

Description of the role:

You will be responsible for covering stores across the East and West Midlands in absence of Store & Duty Managers.

  • Maximising the sales and profit targets.
  • Conducting regular audits on store compliance.
  • Reporting and compiling data.
  • Building strong relationships with staff across each store.
  • Ensuring the store is well maintained and presentable.
  • Opening and closing the store.
  • Cash handling, banking and accounting procedures.
  • Proactively marketing the store including business visits.

About you:

  • Based within commuting distance of the East and West Midlands able to travel on a daily basis.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent administration skills being able to support with reporting.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills, being able to build strong relationships within stores and local businesses.
