The Role
As a Junior Apprentice in Sales Account Management, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by providing quotes and ensuring seamless customer communication. This is a varied and office-based role that requires an individual who is eager to learn, can manage competing priorities, and thrives in a busy environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Support: Handling a high volume of calls and emails to address trade customer requirements.
- Quotations: Preparing accurate and timely quotes for customers.

- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and operational teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
