As an Account Manager, you will be a key part of the client services team. You will be responsible for supporting and managing client accounts, building strong relationships,  ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with exceptional service.
  • Identifying buying signals from customers ensuring you conduct thorough fact finds during your calls.
  • Monitor and report on client performance, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
