We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to support our Finance Manager with various accounting activities. This role involves managing invoices, reconciling company accounts, and assisting with basic administration tasks. The successful candidate will also contribute to documenting and maintaining our finance procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and implemented effectively.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Raising, sending, and paying invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconciling company accounts to ensure all financial data is correct.
  • Responding to queries from staff or external clients and providers.
  • Assisting in the documentation and maintenance of business finance procedures.
  • Implementing updated finance procedures as necessary.
  • Shipping administration
  • Providing general administrative support to the finance department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using Sage accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
