  • Assist in processing invoices, expenses, and payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and reconcile accounts, including various banking platforms.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team and other departments when required.
  • Learn how to use finance software and systems to streamline processes and enhance reporting.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • A keen interest in finance or accounting, ideally with a relevant qualification or studying towards one.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the desire to learn and grow in your career.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
