As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Finance Assistant to join our head office team.
Key Responsibilities:As a Finance Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Your main focus will be on credit control, but you’ll also be involved in a variety of other financial tasks. These include:
- Credit Control: Monitoring and managing outstanding payments, liaising with clients to ensure timely collections, and resolving payment-related issues.
- Invoicing: Preparing and issuing invoices with accuracy and timeliness.
- Accounts Payable: Processing supplier invoices, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Data Entry: Ensuring all financial data is recorded efficiently and accurately.
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Sage 50 is desirable but not essential

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in using IT systems
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in a similar finance or accounting role is desirable, but we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow.
